28/11/24: We've deployed a new code base in which we can split work accross multiple servers. We're testing our setup now and are monitoring it closely. If you see any strange/different behaviour please let us know.
17/10/24: We've had to reset the server, sorry for that. Last days it seems very very busy leading to long queues.. We are looking in adding a new server to share the load. This might take some weeks to complete.
The repair service has a timeout of 4 minutes. That means if your file is not fixable in 4 minutes it cancels the operation to free up processing capacity for others. Analysis of our data has shown that almost all (serious) files are fixed within 4 minutes. In case of a timeout the most likely cause is that your model is far from a closed shell and the better approach would be to manually fix it in a CAD package.
